Super location, very clean and the wellness area simply fantastic! Check in / Check out went smoothly, the staff at the reception was friendly. Unfortunately, we had received a not yet renovated room but also there, we felt very comfortable.
Unfortunately, the personnel in the catering area was a negative point. Everything seemed to be very unorganized and if one would take care of the guests in time, they would not have to change the table 3 times. A relaxed way is of course ok, but unfortunately it was too flippy for the ambience. Although there were hardly any guests in the restaurant, the tables were not cleared (glasses, plates, etc.) and therefore automatically looked untidy. I think there is still a lot of air up there and we were really disappointed.

Nice hotel with a great quiet location right on the lake. The wellness area is really very good, but in the sauna area one of the relaxation rooms is rather loud, as the door bangs constantly and water rushes in in the Kneipp basin, hardly anyone walks past. Breakfast is great, eggs are freshly prepared in all forms , from a very nice service that really does it! There is everything your heart desires. Coffee is also very good. Rooms are nice and spacious, with a balcony and a view of the lake .. All in all it was a nice vacation. We even got a packed lunch because we had to leave very early and couldn't have breakfast anymore. And the lady at the front desk was always very friendly and helpful in everything.
Only the restaurant area (we had no half board) is rather unattractive from the premises and the waiter there is a type that in my opinion does not fit into a 4 star hotel. There is kitchen until 9pm, and at 8pm we were a bit annoyed and graciously planted at a table looking at the clock, according to the motto: what? Now? Finally, we ordered a schnapps, a fruit brandy. The waiter would have something really great. A liqueur came. When I said that it wasn't a fire, it was much too sweet for that, we were told: it's just a liqueur! Any questions?

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place is truly exceptional, right on the promenade with direct access to the beautiful lake. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, whether you're overlooking the lake or the majestic mountains. The staff here are attentive and friendly, always willing to assist with any request. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of choices to satisfy every taste.
Families will find this hotel to be a great option, as it caters well to their needs.

A room with a waterbed and a stunning view over the lake and the mountains!! Were in this hotel the second time and come back again!! Комната с водяным матрасом и потрясающим видом на озеро с горами!!!! Были в этом отеле второй раз и вернемся снова!!!!
There were many problems with tables in the restaurant. The restaurant was empty seats that we requested, but we were not given them. They said that the seats near the window should be reserved for one week (but this is not true), lazy waiters and did not want to lay the table again after the guests and give them to us.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was fantastic. the Christmas dinner was amazing, with lots of traditional dishes and festive cheer. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the indoor pool was warm and relaxing, and we enjoyed using the sauna and hot tub. the location was perfect, with beautiful views of the mountains and easy access to the town center.
We found the language barrier to be a bit of an issue at times, as not all staff members spoke fluent English. the rooms were a bit on the small side, but comfortable enough for a short stay.

Beautiful Scenery, Luxurious Amenities
We were blown away by the stunning mountain views and serene lake scenery during our stay. The hotel is located in the perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of the natural surrounding. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with luxurious amenities. We particularly enjoyed the spa, which was well-maintained with a variety of fantastic treatments. We were also impressed by the friendliness of the staff and their excellent service.
That there was a language barrier. Not all staff members spoke English, which made communication difficult at times.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very cute and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide range of options. We loved the location of the hotel, nestled in the mountains with fine views of the lake and the nearby hill where the paragliders were taking off. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, were great.
Nothing to mention.

We enjoyed the easy access to a variety of hiking trails, from short strolls to long expeditions. the outdoor pool area provided stunning mountain views that we couldn't get enough of. the clean and cozy rooms made us feel at home during our stay, and the buffet breakfast had great options. We also appreciated the free bus service that made it easy to explore the attractions around us.
The hotel lacked in providing an extensive range of activities for younger children.
